Safe and affordable drinking water for all by 2030 requires we invest in adequate infrastructure, provide sanitation facilities, and encourage hygiene. Protecting and restoring water-related ecosystems is essential. Ensuring universal safe and affordable drinking water involves reaching over 800 million people who lack basic services and improving accessibility and safety of services for over two billion.

Together, we are building the foundations for a high-impact Social Entrepreneurship Ecosystem. We believe that sustainable management of natural resources is the key to improved livelihoods, stable agricultural development as well as enhanced ecological balances. We aim to harness the full potential of Social Entrepreneurship in the Rural Communities. Our work has led to successful funding bids, fruitful introductions, shared knowledge, and deeper collective understanding.

We were awarded a pilot project by UNICEF for creating Rural Entrepreneurship in the WASH sector and thereby creating Cleaner Communities, which ultimately make them the game-changers in Swatch Bharat mission.

This project WASH MART is first of its kind project in Social Entrepreneurship on the WASH sector and is piloted in 14 Gram Panchayat’s of Vizianagaram District in Andhra Pradesh.

The objective of the project is to promote and sell the WaSH services and products, thus enabling sustainability among the WaSH Prenuers in the Rural communities.
